• To request a refund, email us at support@snoodieshop.com with your order details.
• Once we receive and inspect the returned item (in its original condition), your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 1 - 3 business days.

Returns

Our 30-day return policy means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Return Conditions:

• Item must be in the same condition as when received, including the original packaging.
• You’ll need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
